Since this was the first day I could guarantee the food would stay down.

3 over easy eggs, 4 strips of bacon, one slice French toast with tart cherry jam and syrup, and a bagel with cream cheese. I chose not to make the hashbrowns with spicy cherry salsa.

My tum tum feels distended😂

That is more than I eat for breakfast in a week.  ;D

Chinese take out.  Almond boneless is my go to.  And it was goooooood today.  I think fried rice from this restaurant is my favorite food in the whole world. I got an extra quart on the side to eat tomorrow and Tuesday

After ordering Chinese takeout, we usually are eating it for three days. Vegetable fried rice and chicken lo mien.

Coffee this morning

But two nights ago we went out to eat with our friends.  Applebees, which I never go to.  I ordered the Double Glazed Baby Back Ribs. Full rack.

I ate half then, and the other half I had last night as leftovers.  OMG, so good.   I'm not a ribs fan, but gosh, I could go for more

About to have a hard boiled egg and my yogurt for breakfast.

Stuffed Mushrooms.  M was making some. For a party she is going to.  Dan asked her to make extra so we could enjoy some.

Pretty good.  Nice snack on this rainy day as we play games.

Mediterranean Food yesterday. We sampled some a few weeks ago at a friends house. Yesterday we ordered a large carryout tray.  Base layer of rice. Top layer was different types of skewered meats, chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, the gyro type meat (it's not gyro type meat, there's another name for it). Roasted vegies.  So so good. The bread wraps, The humus, Tzatziki Sauce and other sauce that I can't think of the name for.

So looking to leftovers for dinner tonight.

I ordered two trashy hotdogs from a famous place here in the cola, Dog House Deli. Basically two big hot dogs with everything but the kitchen sink on them, with some chips. Washing them down with some ice cold Grapico. Its dirty, nasty, but oh so delicious. Sets my diet back a little, but fuck it, I am in the mood to be full and carb reduced salads isnt cutting it. Pickles are actually good for hot weather. My grandmother said you can sip the juice to quench thirst. But I also drink Pot Liquor too. (Pot Liquor is the juice from a pot of boiled greens, perfectly seasoned and on a cold day, a warm cup of that will keep colds and flu's away.)

Ok, my mind just went to a remark that would get me your signature line.

Should I or shouldn't I  ???   WTF

So, Liz how did you eat the banana? One note at a time or try to "deep throat" it? :emot_laughing:

Good old OreosTM.

Fourteen of them to be precise.

All washed down with an iced mocha.

One of my all time favorites.

It's my comfort food.  I can finish off a row in about 10 minutes.  If I'm really down, 5 minutes.

My complaint is the American tendency to diversify product lines with new “flavours” to the point that they are meaningless. There’s a dozen (or more) different types of Oreos, and from what I can see they’re just a bunch of processed ingredients and chemical preservatives. Take a look at this one. Did this really need to be made?
