I love a po boy. My favorite has always been oyster.
They don’t say ‘po boy’ around here, but fried oyster sub will appear on many menus. Still, it’s only been lately you may see these done with a Cajun influence locally. OK, I’ve also seen them called po boys locally too, just not often.
