I just realized I may have been slightly inaccurate on my feelings with this combination.  I absolutely love chili served over spaghetti . . . squash.

You have to precook the halved spaghetti squash until just done, fill it with chili just like the squash is a bowl and bake until the chili is hot.  As you eat you scrape a little spaghetti squash in each bite.  The chili will be gone before the squash, no problem just refrigerate the leftover  squash to refill with chili probably twice more.  This is really good and healthier than pasta.

I like to over boil the spaghetti unti it is almost mushy.  Like I said, this is right up there with hot dogs and Frito pie on the healthmeter.  Guilty pleasure.  Not to be consumed on a regular basis.

Not the only brand of potato chip I buy, but that brand and that flavor (sour cream & onion) certainly by far exceeds any other chips I buy.

Utz isn't available here.  However, Kettle Chips have been making their way into the supermarkets the last 2-3 years.  I absolutely love them  :emot_thdrool: :emot_thdrool: :emot_thdrool:

Gotta wait 'till it cools below incandescent... I just took 11 pounds of Italian herb & garlic chicken out of the oven.  VERY simple to make, and it freezes & reheats well, better than some of the other chicken recipes I've tried in the last 9 months.

I'd been an organic vegetarian for a seriously long time, so this is all still pretty new to me.  ;D  I'm now an organic vegetarian with added animal flesh.
