Than is a conjunction used after comparative adjectives and adverbs, to introduce the second member of an unequal comparison.  "She's taller than I am."

In the meme about Toe it's a conjunction between unequal members of a comparison.

or possibly the poster meant that "Toe spends more time in the kitchen (as in, he's been there before), then spends time in the court room (as in also at a later time).

I don't believe that's what is meant, but it is a possability that would make the grammer correct. ;D
