On both points of their suit they are wrong. The most salient is their assumption that te methods they oppose are aborting an implanted embryo, which is false. Lies, damned lies. They should go live in a country that enforces their religious convictions, like Iran or Saudi Arabia.

Says the don't put the needle in the arm of the convicted murderer but thinks it is ok to use abortion as a form of Birth Control person.

Not a very wise use of your words. Nor was it accurate.

Instead of randomly allowing your temper to guide your typing, center yourself and consider that the second sentence of that post was posted some time ago, when I first posted on the Hobby Lobby suit. The "facts" that they use to base their suit upon are erroneous. Neither an IUD nor the morning after pill cause an embryo to abort after implantation. Rather they prevent implantation from occurring.

Thus they are really saying that they oppose birth control.

Now, Janus, as much as I want to tell you to pull your head out of your ass, I won't directly do that. I strenuously advocate that you check the facts.

And I do not oppose the death penalty. I oppose prosecutors who put getting re-elected ahead of justice.

Katie, yeah I kind of poured on the coals a little more than necessary. I was kind of going for the same level of hyperbole as you implied with the Iran and Saudi Arabia comment....No ill will intended. Just a tit for tat exchange.

Hyperbole? Not as much as you assume. They want religious based law, they don't understand the effects of that. They need to live under such strictures to fully appreciate what it is like when they don't fully subscribe to them.

I would then advocate that whoever puts forth a law to be voted on of a religious conviction, have their life scrutinized to be sure that they adhere to EVERY rule of their religion. I would like to point out however, that there are those, that have no religious convictions, that do have moral convictions that are counter to that of the left or right. It isn't just about their religion but I am sure that many do indeed have a religious over/undertone. I will say this. The main religion of Iran and Saudi Arabia is Islam. The Christian faith doesn't ask it's followers to stone people to death or behead them in the town square.
