You can find these anywhere from $85.00 to $100.00.  This is just the basic pillow, they have several different styles and colors.

But I will admit, before KB, as a woman I would never have guessed it was a sex wedge. I would have figured it was some ergonomical cushion for people with leg problems while sitting at a desk.

My girlfriend has one, she uses it for a head pillow when shes lying on the floor watching the TV and doing excersices.
I don't think anyone is the wiser.....at least no one has questioned her about it.

We only have the little one so far, the big one is next on our list of must have.  By the way Toe, was your recommendation that we got the wedge, much better than that stupid sex chair. (I put the sex chair in Goodwill box, good riddance.)

The Goodwill donation center I use has a drive-up door and the man comes out and asks what you have.  I had that chair in a big industrial garbage bag and I told him household items.  He grabbed the bag and I took off...don't know why I was embarassed but I was.

Yeah, the stones have played havoc with our sex.  Is a good thing that I am not one of those women who think masturbating is a bad thing, lol.
