46 this morning, but drizzly during my run.  Better than I had thought it would be.  Was told there would more wind, rain and snow mix.  Now its said to be coming later in the day.

We got one of those severe thunderstorm warnings on the TV, then wind, but I don’t think any rain.  Next couple days may dip below freezing for the first time.

Balmy day. Maybe Lois took pity on me and sent some warm Arizona weather my way. Hit 50 F today and still holding there even after sunset.

Have a feeling it's going to be a crazy winter...just like this year has been.

It was down in the low 40s this morning, cold as shit. I woke up feeling like an ice cube. So I went downstairs and got the furnace fired up for the first time this year. By noon it was already in the 70s. “If you don’t like the weather in Texas, just wait around for a few hours.”

Very small flakes falling.  It has given my beautiful green grass a slight white tint.   The flakes are barely clinging to the blades of the grass.  The cement is melting the flakes on contact.

No accumulation expected.   Temp is hanging out around the 34 degree mark.  (A tiny smidge above 0 celsius)

Dingy skies with no sun today.

I'm pretty sure it's pajamas around the house all day for everyone.  Maybe some baking of deserts for Thursday.

  Heard today on radio, that Thanksgiving Day will be the warmest, or close to warmest, ever for the District of Columbia... Temp in 70s F.

  We are in the "Covid Hokey Pokey" Stage here, with various numerous restrictions on virtually anything one may wish to enjoy in the city, limits on how many people may eat together in your home, no visits by relatives to other's homes, restaurants (we have no Bars, btw) must cease serving, selling, and remove from customers, all alcohol beverages by 10pm, beginning Wednesday, for the forseeable future...

  Restaurants may continue to be open, without sales, until Midnight...
I suppose so Staff can watch customers digest... and run up costs with no revenue...

  Little to no enforcement is expected, in general, unless the Mayor has a bone to pick with a particular business owner...
