Be careful California!  Heavy rains are expected.  Some areas in SoCal are under evacuation orders due to mudslides expected to hit burn areas.

Even a little rain causes mudslides along the PCH. Not only has it been raining plenty there but it also has been colder then normal.

But January rain for us sure beats the type of precipitation we normally get -snow.

For those members in the Southeast, I hope the tornados and bad weather missed you.

I feel so out of it.    Bad morning and night.    I just heard about the tornados in the south.    So sad.   20 people have died so far.   :(


It was an eerie last 3 days here in SE Michigan.     Fog was so thick the last 72 hours.   I came home early yesterday and drove by our driveway.   That's how bad it was at times.

Cold front blowing in right now. Fucking windy. Was telling my wife that it's a good thing our home is firmly secured to the ground. Otherwise we would be 100 km south east of where we are by nightfall.  ;D
