A dusting of snow Saturday night, about 3" last night and blustery and cold today with some flurries.

Winter be here!!

And to think just last week it was in the 60's.

No rain today.  Just cold and gloomy.  We are supposed to get out first measurable snow tomorrow.  Ugh.  But will be very happy to pass it on east to MintJulie and others.

Been snowing since this morning. The usual, first of the season snow - wet and heavy. Least a couple of inches already on the ground. 

Hoping NaughtyNicole has her fireplace going.  I need some warmth.... ;D

Start of a cold snap. Well, some people say it's cold. Only -18C/0F with a windchill of -30C. This air mass is expected to stick around for 2 weeks.

In my mind, it isn't cold until the thermometer reads -40. I don't count wind chill.

Heavy Frost this morning.....
Cold, but not unbearable.....around 30 degrees at 8AM.
Completely overcast today, but nothing special forecast, "however" rain is scheduled for tomorrow (I think the horses are going to hate me this winter, in one day and out the next is the schedule they seem to be on).
The snow that came on Sunday......All Gone.

7PM...suppose to rain......"LOL"......nope it's snowing and wet snow at that.
Weather Channel completely missed the mark on this one. Now they say this is suppose to keep up until midnight. However tomorrow is suppose to have a high of 44 degrees so what ever falls tonight will be gone tomorrow.
North of me should be getting 1" to 3" of the white stuff.
