The majority of member posts that employed cut-and-paste are therefore dull and a waste of KB space, according to that logic.  Then, KB would probably be quite svelte.  On the other side, it would revive lost skills like logic, reasoning, and writing (typing).   Although I'm not sure how that will be possible, someone will undoubtedly figure it out.

Many years ago a boyfriend had a vinyl record of this and he would move the needle to replay it over and over trying to memorize it.   It took days.  It was then I realized he wasn't the smartest person.  I had it down in 5 minutes.

At one time I was trying to make ends meet by doing numerous odd jobs. One of them was transcribing LPs, and I remember vividly all the needle-lifting I had to do. C&W and ballads were easy. I could transcribe them in real time. Rock was a pain. I could never understand why record labels didn't require the artists to submit lyrics.

I'd phone up the companies to tell them that some words or phrases were unintelligible. They'd insist that they couldn't leave blank spaces on lyric sheets, and told me to make something up. I felt bad about that, but I see from modern lyric websites that contributors are still experiencing the same problems. What's more, I've noticed many blatant errors spreading virally from site to site, and ending up on mainstream streaming services.

Hahaha, love it.  Misinterpreting lyrics was a campfire discussion this past weekend.  Many laughs.
