If you get a chance, you should explore the board and other threads.  Find things that interest you, and let the author know.  Interaction with other members is definitely your best bet.  Nobody is going to just fall down with eagerness to write you a story if they don't really know you.  Regular visits to the board and a willingness to explore and mingle is key if you are looking for something more.

I think most people are interested in writing about their own fantasies, not just reading them. A writing partner as you described might be deprived of that pleasure.
