Well, technically, limes in the margaritas are added for a contradicting purpose, (just for flavour) so, assuming you had every margarita with the same standards of composition/ratios of components. Then in a single margarita, the amount of lime juice would intentionally be less than enough to faze someone out of the effect of the alcohol. And as for the amount of lime juice ingested increasing with the number of margaritas, the amount of alcohol ingested would also proportionately increase.
