Home made sangria.  Three pitchers.  I love how he makes them, he adds extra brandy soaked apple chunks to the drink.  Get an little snack with every sip.  I am a bit tipsy right now, I will be spending the night at papa's house  :emot_kiss:

Bulleit and a splash.  Two very large ones.  Planning on making a French dinner tomorrow.  Pot-au-feu, escargots, and I can’t decide if I want to do a French onion soup or not... I probably will.  Six hours in the kitchen and a few bottles of wine for the chef no doubt.  So I’m drinking while I put together my grocery list.  I love planning and cooking more than eating... the chef’s curse.  Our pleasure comes from seeing our family and friends truly enjoy a meal we poured our heart and soul into.

Pulled a square bottle of something from my dad's liquor cabinet. Told him I'm snaking a bottle of booze and left before he could object.

Bourbon...

Not seeing the appeal. I'll stick to my "mexican horse piss" as my dad calls it.

I'll bring his bottle if Kentucky swill back tomorrow.

I got so fucking drunk, I slept on the couch for the first time in ages. The Mrs. was not at all happy with me. I’m gonna try to avoid room 1408, media sources, and certainly Facebook, for the duration. I just can’t stand being agitated beyond belief on a daily basis. It’s out of my hands. I’m gonna vote, and then it’s up to the rest of us to clean up the cremated remains.
