Trying to isolate for another week before making a grocery run.  I really really wish we had more limes, only 2 left.  We use lime juice in a lot of the Peruvian cooking.  The two we have will probably be used for pescado frito con salsa criolla.  But the really frustrating thing is to have Bombay Sapphire gin, tonic water and no limes.

I started out with some local IPA, 8.5% ABV, then moved on to Bloody Mary’s.  The coup de grace was a fish bowl margarita, with Gran Marnier, delivered by our local Mexican food place.  Toe slept very well last night.

My uncle goes to Mexico every year, pretty sure this year may be out of the question.  He always buys me a bottle of top notch tequila.
