Tennessee Honey is good.   I can only do two ounces because of the sweetness.  I used to put a little in coffee too.

I have recently discovered Portuguese wines.  There are some out there with over 90 score from Wine Enthusiast at less than $10/750 ml.  All in all, very drinkable as I peruse this and other sites.

A birthday present, at 2:30AM.

We babysat tonight while her nephew and fiancée went to a concert.  It ended later than they expected, so he called and said we could go as they had cameras in the rooms to check on the 4 kids.  All 4 call him daddy, but just the younger two are his biologically.  There was no way we were leaving until they got home.  My Peruvian will get 3 hours sleep tops before work at 6:30..  Me, I’m thinking I’ll get there around 9 with maybe 4-5 hours sleep; at least I made my lunch while drinking.

So I’m drinking bourbon with a Dos Equis chaser and posting in this fucking place.

The Ocean is good.   I need to let it breath for a bit.  The first time I had it, it was right after opening.  Wasn't a fan.  One of Dan's friends was at the house.  He said to leave the top off for 24 hours and then try it.   It was a different drink, and a very good drink.

I've mentioned this guy before saying he's a bourbon snob.  But as I've gotten to know him he just loves it so much and he is very knowledgeable on it.  I've learned a lot from him.  Plus, he has gifted me a few nice bottles.

I drank two buck chuck last night and was off my gourd.  Sick as a dog this morning.  Fortunately, I work for myself.  I told my boss I was too sick to come in.  He just told me to take the day off.

I’d think some alcohol would evaporate from the surface?  I know people swirl their bourbon to get air in and even let it rest briefly in their mouth to aerate and to allow the burn to settle to taste the flavors better before swallowing.  I’d almost think like red wine, a long aeration might not be desirable, but then bourbon is not wine

Our coffee pot stopped working and I nearly quit my job because of it.  I Remember having a conversation about microwaved coffee and how it's a sin against humanity, lol, so decided to give this a try.

I believe this must be what year old horse piss tastes like, and I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure I have a heart palpitation.

I always bring my own coffee maker and coffee supplies to the office. I just don’t like the same stuff that other people do, and I’m kind of particular. When people stick their head in the door and inquire “hey can I have one of those cappuccinos?” I say “FUCK NO!” Employee of the month, right here.

Too funny.  It's a k cup so we bring in our own flavors if we want.

I may just start sucking on that pen to get this taste out of my mouth
