I have 4 bottles that have been sitting on the bar.  I need to open one.  Left to me from my brother in law.
I don't know if I've ever had scotch.

Are they single malts or blended?

140 is hazmat. The highest I’ve had is 137.8. One of my favorite bottles ever. The reason I’d love to find the 145 proof.

As for Jack, I’m not a big fan. Always take Jim Beam over  it. But the higher proof stuff has been really good. The bonded datasets a lot better the. The standard  black bottle

I had some of my Infinity bottle last night watching The Fablemans.   Barb tried some and immediately regretted it.

We talked about starting one. I’m really the only one that drinks liquor and it’s almost always high proof bourbon. Not sure how strange it would taste.

It was quite the search, but a friend of my dad's had an unopened bottle of Rebel Yell, before it became Racer 75, because the new rebel isnt as good as the classic. I was sipping on it as I posted the next installment of the "days of writers lives" or The War Intensifies.

My friend is trying her hand at making wine, so I donated a ton of mulberries to her, since my bushes went full on dumb and thought it was early spring since its gotten down to 55f here at night, and warmed up to mid 70's low 80's. once she makes the wine, I will send it on to a friend in the swamp who distills things to turn it into a brandy, just to see if I can somehow send you a bottle of it. they are like black berries but sweeter, with a bit of floral flavor.

Dewberries are very common in Central Texas. We harvest them and make jams.  But some years you can’t give it away, everyone has so much. I like your idea better.

I mean you can make wine with just about any fruit, with low acidity, or with high acidity with a bit more sugar, and then distill it to make brandy. All you are doing is condensing the alcohol by removing water and vaporizing it. But my friend in the swamp cuts it with a little of the original fruits juice so you can tell what fruit its made from. I dont know the laws in Texas, but here you can get wine making setups at a couple of places. Then from that you can build a condenser and boiler easily. But I will keep you informed of the progress.

The worst.  We've been running errands. Post office, UPS store   
Home now. A little chilled from the rain.  Hot chocolate with whipped cream.  Sad the fire pit session is rained out.

I am on my second bottle of door peninsula winery Hallowine. Is super sweet and goes down easy. I drink it warmed up too so it hits super duper quick.

Nothing at the moment. Problem may be too many choices. We have beer (3 different kinds of Mexico's finest), nice, dry Mexican red wine, and tequila. My bottle of mezcal is over at the home of the friend who gave us shelter while we were "homeless". So, I guess the 400 Conejos Reposado is off the menu for the moment.
