When you meet someone, what is your first line of thought?

I will start to make my point.

When I was in massage school, one of the young ladies admitted to always wondering what a person would be like to fuck. Not make love, but to just have sex with. She said she rated each new person she met with her perceived level of fuckability.
I noticed that I always wondered what they actually looked like naked.
The women, I studied their chest for hints about their breasts.
For guys, I couldn't help but wonder if they were bigger than me or smaller and what their shape was.
 I am still fascinated by this obsession.

If it’s a woman under the age of 35, I wonder if she fucks, and I wonder when the last time she fucked was, and if she is nasty in bed or prudish. Everyone else, I really don’t pay much attention. Everybody starts to seem the same after a while.

This is terrible, but when I see two women or two men together I sometimes wonder if they are a couple.  When I see parents with children, sometimes I wonder if they are involved sexually.  The weird thing is, it's not all the time.  I don't know if it is my own attraction to the people involved or some perceived body language.  I always hope they are, which in the case of a parent and child is supposed to be awful.  I always hope that if two people are involved that it is like the stories we read here, (which is not very likely), full of love and happiness.

My previous Ex, always wondered about parent/child relations whenever she saw a close parent child together in public. She fantasized about teaching a daughter about oral sex. I don't have those thoughts regularly, but occasionally, I will wonder about the nature of a parent/child relationship when it seems a little touchy.
I had a daughter that was very close to me when she was very young, but I never indulged. I did however, fantasized about her friends!!!

When I meet someone, I wonder what they think the first time they hear me speak. I can usually gauge by their reaction whether or not I will like them. The follow up is their reaction when it is explained to them (by Dan or someone else in my squad) ,why my speech is the way it is.  I also have little business cards I can hand them explaining my condition.

Only after that do I wonder what they look like naked.   Hahaha.  JK

Before I retired, my job entailed me to meet many people from all parts of the world and mainly in top corporate roles, sheiks, oil czars, etc.  I being a friendly sort of person, after a while, was able to discern whether the handshake or greeting was a warm, friendly one, in which case we would chat about anything but work, or a cold, piss-off type of handshake, in which then I would just go on my way. First impressions are very important.
