Lemme see if I can find the direct link to this story in the archives for you.

To my best recollection, Kristen was indeed a real woman. She was a fantastic writer in fact. I don't know if Kristen was her real name but seems I've read something about her.

I'll do a search and see what I can come up with.

So far I have found a collection of the stories that she has written.

I believe that as her story count continued to rise she was also reading other authors works. I think then that she gathered a collection and archived them and then they got added to ASSTR. Then A-Webber continued to add to the archive even after kristen herself retired from writing. That is my take on things so far and I will continue to add to this as I find out more info.

I have always wanted to know more about the illusive Kristen. I wonder if she will ever visit us here again?

I don't think she was ever on KB. From what I understand this was originally called Forced Fantasy I think. Then the new Admin at the time - due to this sites association with KA - changed the name of this site to Kristen's Board. I think I have the story right or close enough to right...

I started Force Fantasy Forum as a gift for my ex, LaJan.  His stories are in the forced fantasy section.  He was a very talented writer.  But he did not want the site so I gave it to GRM.

He had started an earlier version of Kristens Board but I think it got shut down by the anti-porn nazis in the UK, or lack of funds.

As for LaJan, he took his own life in early 2012.  I still miss him.

As for GRM, he quit when I criticized an action he took against a member.  I wish GRM all the best.  I miss him.

        Kristen started reading erotica in mid 1997 at the age of 18. At the time she lived in central Oregon with not a lot to do. She worked as an Internet researcher for a marketing company and was on-line most of every day.

        After being "turned-on" to erotic stories while visiting a "text" chat room one evening she began to collect stories she especially liked. That early collection turned into an archive, and once ASSTR opened its doors, her archive went public.

        It was only natural that Kristen begin to write erotica and in time she became a well known author and collector.

        Things changed in her life and she moved back to Seattle, where she'd grown up, and at that time the archive was turned over to friends to continue on.

        Kristen's last story was posted to this site in January 2000. Kristen followed her boyfriend Jeff to the Republic of Taiwan because of a great job opportunity that he couldn't turn down. Because of her move to a foreign land and the fact that she decided to return to school Kristen has fallen silent.


        December 2001 Update: Kristen and Jeff married in August 2001 and moved further into Asia. They now reside in Shanghai China and Jeff is making obscene amounts of money as a structural engineer.
