There is no reason to believe that Trump did not contract the COVID-19 virus. For him to have "faked" it would require a conspiracy involving at least 100 people. And in this day and age, that's virtually impossible.

heres something really funny, hunter biden took 3 laptops to get repaired and forgot to bleach bit them like hillary did he picked up 2 of them and never came back for the 3rd. and the repair guy found his emails!..hahahaa..
