Short of not enforcing US Law

When it is in violation of International law, and common sense.  Just not going to aknowledge that?  I even posted the legal definition for you, and this satisfies ALL of the criteria.

So yeah, that's another option.  Not following orders.  Not enforcing an illegal law.  If it wasn't just Mexican children in those internment camps.  If it was applied equaly to illegal immigrants from anywhere, then it wouldn't be the Crime of Apartheid.

You cannot use 1 crime as a justification for committing a higher crime.

Short of not enforcing US Law, when the adult criminal was arrested, the minors who were with the criminal at the time, in the wilderness along the US border, were transported to a safe location (no gang members, no weapons, edible food, drinkable water, away from the elements, etc.), and processed.

Found, caught with an evading adult criminal, who may have claimed some familial or other association with such minor(s), legitimacy of such statements and responsibility by a suitable adult for such young persons is questioned, and needs to be assessed. Upon determination of true identity, dispersion of minors caught up in such a situation is affected.

The actions taken are those prescribed, detailed, and practiced by authorities, and within the US Law, and/or within US Court dictates, if not legislation.

Casual opinions of unrelated persons, US Citizen or not, are solicited by your Congressional Representative in some cases, and cannot be denied if you send your opinion in the direction of your elected Representative. Thank you.

"Nice"....but that's still not an answer to returning children to their parents.
A five year child is not a criminal and does not / should not be taken from his / her parents simply because they were brought along by them. (be realistic Joan what mother is going to leave her child behind when she her self is trying to get away from the violence of their home country). The other topic that needs to be addressed is what is going to happen to all these children when they become of age and decide to sue the US for what our government did to them.

Love,
Liz

Assuming they're granted that right.  There are political, and Final solutions to that, as well.

So, the National Emergency is over?

How come the Teaxas Customs Office in El Paso have to wall off an overpass as an overflow prison for detainees, then?  These people are still in prison, without charges.  And by "In Prison" I mean kidnapped, and head at gunpoint under a bridge, with a temporary garage thent.

Nope, no emergency here.  What about the Americans going to Mexico for Medical Care, because they can afford it there?
