Nunes is suing Twitter because it lets people create satire accounts about him.  If Nunes was not a public figure this behavior would be bullying.  However, government officials have different rules.

It's kinda refreshing to see him being owned by someone other than his guilded master.

You can't censor criticism.  Especially in Government.  Democracy is supposed to listen to the people, so in this day and age, if the consensus is that you're a douche, you really only have 2 legal options:

Change for the better, or fucking own it.
