It's not quite free, since you still have to pay for bandwidth to download it, but yeah, they certainly don't see the funds gathered from their downloads

There are still a number of people who either don't own a computer or have access to one to watch porn.  They must rely on the dwindling number of adult video arcades for their porn.  As long as there is a need for these porn producers, porn will be produced.  Could be that in ten years or so, most major porn producers will be out of business.  Another reason why their lawyers are going after those who download copyrighted material - to make up for the drop in sales.

I think the burden will fall on the websites.  Lawsuits will make free porn less common.  Pay per view on youporn.com, xhamster, tube8, etc.
