Suzy and I went to a local gig to see Les Mckewan and the Bay City Rollers. Apparently:
On 26 April 2008, fans in the greater Los Angeles area celebrated the first "Bay City Rollers Day". A day celebrating all things "BCR" via music, games, and attempting to live the Bay City Roller lifestyle. The tradition has continued and grown in popularity with each passing year.

Love that song. The record company was so sure the Bay City Rollers were going to be the next big thing, i think calling them the new Beatles.

The record company Arista records then stole royalties from the band estimated to be on 80 million record sales.

Over here in the states The Bay City Rollers had a TV show. My brother and I watched it every Saturday. We loved that show.
