If your story is removed

Check your messages.

A moderator should have contacted with you with a message that reads similar to the following:

Your story has been removed for not complying with the rules.  It lacks (one or more of the following) story codes, a disclaimer, does not comply with special rules for real stories by members, and/or was posted to the wrong board, etc.  Please read the Basic Must follow Rules found here:  http://www.kristensboard.com/forums/index.php?topic=21394.0

Your story has been returned to you so that you can make the appropriate corrections or edits and re-post it.  

We really do value your contributions  and hope to see your story return to the board very soon!

March 2023 update:
Due to the boards recent suspension, new rules have been put in place.  Contrary to Lois' statement above, moderators are not contacting authors that their story has been removed. 

We are moving as many stories that are no longer within the rules, as quickly as possible. With the amount of stories being removed, it would take a tremendous amount of time to PM each author.  I may post a list of stories (screenshots) of the stories if I find time.

If your story is no longer visible on the board, and you feel it was removed in error, please reach out to me and I will take a closer look at it.
