Porn Addiction - I need help

Hello, I (M20) need your help.
I'm addicted to Porn. I've noticed that in recent years.
Since I was 17, I've been trying to get rid of this addiction, but I haven't made it so far.
Currently I've made it 40 days without watching porn but its hard. This now is my longest streak. Furthermore i question myself:

Is it healthy to not masturbate forever?
Should i try to masturbate without porn? Im anxious to relapse (as i did befor when i tried it).

Do you have answer to this question or any tips? Maybe you made your own experience with this addiction.

You're 20. 
If I had a son that age I'd tell them it's fine to masturbate.  Two, three times a day. Sure.
I would suggest  avoid watching porno movies, they're very unrealistic of what sex is about with someone you will eventually have a relationship with.  Don't think your first time is going to be f*ing her from behind while pulling her hair and slapping her ass yelling, "who's your daddy."   
Same goes for reading stories.  99% of them are unrealistic. Not every guy has a 9 inch dick, and not every girl is tight or 38 EEEs.

It's okay to look at porn.  But keep it to pictures.   You're young and curious and there is nothing wrong with having thoughts.  Find a girl, get to know her. As you do so, feel free to after a date go home and masturbate thinking about her.  Open up to her.
When you get a girlfriend, focus on her and not the internet porn.  Channel your porn thoughts into loving and adoring her.

I remember at 18 and being off at school in a big city.
I'd sneak into a store that sold "fuck books". You were supposed to be 21 back then I was always so scared when I went in there. I never dared try to get one of the magazines, just the paper back books.

When not in school or working I spent many hours book in one hand and you know what onn the other. Don't think the books gave me unrealistic ideas about sex. They were just stories but fed my libido.

Now today with the Internet things are so different from 18 year old me sneaking into.a place for 21 year olds, waiting to be busted any time. I can still feel the fear/excitement from back then.
