Gas prices here dropped $.40 last month. Who should I thank for that? President Biden? Trump being is sworn in today (2), so how could it be his doing??  Oil companies have far more control over pricing than people think (1).

And prices went up in 2020 because of trumps awful handling of Covid. (3) I dont care whether someone believes how bad it was, or that it is no worse than the flue, the problem was his unprofessional approach calling it a hoax, and claiming it was no big deal. We knew nothing about it. We didnt know how it affected the lungs, why it causing one to lose their sense of taste and smell. My Aunt STILL can't taste certain foods. His garbage way of handling it forced states to take the actions they did and shut things down. It wasnt gas that drove prices, it was non essential companies that make glues, inks, packaging and labeling that causes prices to go up. Cant sell things in stores if I don't have a package to put it in.

He treated the country as if we were just another one of his companies.

Oh, and if you think that Russia was waiting for trump to leave office before they attacked, because they were scared of him, or whatever, then you obviously haven't hear about the Wagner Group soldiers vs American forces in Syria.(4)

1) Actually, there are multiple variables that impact prices at the pump. Look at the difference in pump prices between Houston and the people's republic of commiefornia, the differences are nearly twice the price per gallon. And the hilarious part of that is that commiefornia is not only skimming off the top, they are also running a budget deficit.

2) Actually, Trump is NOT being sworn in today. It is the day that the election results are certified. Trump will be sworn in on January 20th.

3) And who could have run things better during covid? Look at the country of Sweden, did they shut down and tell people to stay in their homes? No. Almost everyone did a poor job on covid response and that midget Tony Fauci just made things a lot worse. First, he told people NOT to mask up, then he told people they needed to mask up. And who was it that approved the funds given to the lab in Wuhan that created this virus in the first place? Oh yeah, it was Tony Fauci.  Let us not forget that Andrew Cuomo, a dumocrat, had covid patients moved into nursing homes with old people that already had suppressed immune systems. Intentional or not, Andy Cuomo killed thousands of people. Like I said, EVERYONE handled covid response horribly. Relevant-the influenza outbreak of 1918 nearly killed my grandmother. She had breathing problems the rest of her life. Do I have a seething hatred of Woodrow Wilson? No. Did I create a Woodrow Wilson subject here and post regularly about what a horrible person he was because of his poor handling of the 1918 epidemic? No. I don't have Woodrow Wilson Derangement Syndrome.

4) " FACT CHECK: Kamala Harris Claims There Are Zero U.S. Troops In Combat Zones In War Zones."
https://checkyourfact.com/2024/09/11/fact-check-kamala-harris-claims-there-are-zero-u-s-troops-in-combat-zones-in-war-zones/
I would say that in two weeks Kamalala ding dong will be free to sharing wine with her gal pal Pelosi, but I happen to know for a fact that Pelosi likes to drink from the bottle (and she does often https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/world/us/is-nancy-pelosi-drunk-social-media-reacts-i-can-smell-this-video/articleshow/116898366.cms ) and Harris prefers to drink wine from the box.

2) From  the second article: Steve Chapman: "Right now, pump prices are below $2 a gallon, down from a national average of $2.66 in January."
Ummm...when did this man write this article? Has he been to a gas station in the past thirty years? While gas prices in the Houston area are 2.19 at the pump, in the people's republic of California, it's 3.57 and that's quite a difference.

I think you missed the phrase "national average." I'm definitely not a math person, but even I know what "average" means, and I also know that it's possible for the national average to be $2.66 while gas prices in Houston are $2.19 and in California are $3.57.

You also missed the fact that the article was published on April 15, 2020, which was close to five years ago. A lot has changed in the ensuing five years. In April 2020, the national average retail price of gasoline was $2.07.

It's also worth noting that the national average retail price of gasoline has dropped precipitously since its peak of $4.90 in the summer of 2022. Today it is $3.06. That's close to a 38% drop.

Oh, and by the way, I know you still rely on the old legacy media for information, but as the legacy media has proven time and again, since 2015 that the label of "fake media" has been richly deserved. Faulty information, as I proved in the first paragraph, has proven the legacy media to just be full of shit, everything from the "Russia Russia Russia" hoax to the hookers peeing in certain beds. I say this, in honesty, for those with Trump Derangement Syndrome, please get therapy. People with TDS are unhappy, they are miserable and unless they will get help, they will die alone and unloved.

I'm not sure what "my first paragraph" refers to, but I've noted the way MAGAs and other conservative have swapped their moniker du jour from the mainstream media to the legacy media. Your belief that all non-conservative media outlets are "full of shit" demonstrates that you are suffering from a parallel derangement syndrome.

Sunny Hostin compared January 6th 2021 to:
World War 2-60-80 million deaths
The Holocaust-6 million deaths
Chattel Slavery-seriously?
How many deaths on January 6, 2021? One-a protestor who was a woman, who had NO weapon and made NO threats.
Take a look at how y'all with TDS come across. PLEASE GET THERAPY!!!

My Congressional Rep, Lizzie Fletcher, a democrat, sent out an email with a reprint of a column by Conservative firebrand Liz Wheeler. It reads:

Hi Friends,

Happy New Year! We’re already off to a hot start in 2025. On Monday, Revolver News founder Darren Beattie joined my show to review the EXPLOSIVE new House report on the Jan. 6 pipe bomber. The contents of that report are truly shocking.

In addition to the work of Blaze Media's Steve Baker and Joseph Hanneman, Beattie has been one of the primary investigative journalists dedicated to solving the pipe bomber plot, and much of what we know about the J6 plot is thanks to him. Check it out here.

According to the new report, the FBI tracked phone data and narrowed the suspects down to 186 phone numbers … and then down to one phone number. And then the FBI suddenly stopped the case. Just ended it.

WHY? Who is that one person who they didn’t want to reveal?

The FBI agent in charge (Steven D'Antuono) then told Congress that the phone data from a major telecom company was corrupted. But the telecom company says the data was NOT corrupted.

Uhh … the FBI lied? To cover up?

Now, the FBI and other agencies are stonewalling Congress over WHY this investigation into what we’re told is the biggest domestic terror attack attempt in recent history just … stopped.

Oh, and the two people who “found” the “pipe bombs” on Jan. 6? One was a “woman carrying a basket of laundry,” who is actually a swamp creature who works for an intel-connected org where she works on “disinformation.” LOL. And the other “bomb” was found by a plainclothes fed. (Can’t make it up — listen to Darren explain it here.)

Both “bombs” sat in plain sight undetected for 15+ hours until both were found independently within 15 mins of each other … also within 15 mins of the first breach of the Capitol.

And the frame rate of the one video the FBI released of the pipe bomber — which came from the DNC — was 1.2fps, which is lower than any security camera on the market by 8x? Which implies that the video was tampered with — by whom? What’s on the frames that were removed from the publicly released tape?

The implications of this are enormous.

We are closer than we’ve ever been before in totally exposing the totality of what an absolute evil hoax J6 was.

Don’t lose steam now. Raise your voice. Get this over the finish line. Expose it ALL so everyone can see we aren’t crazy conspiracy theorists and that the feds actually staged J6 to demonize MAGA after Biden and his ilk rigged the election.

You are the media. Make this famous.

For America,

Liz Wheeler

On the one hand, I agree with you.

Here are Sunny Hostin's exact words:

“You have Condoleeza Rice, I believe, on this very show saying, you know, we need to move on from January 6th. I say, no, you don’t move on, because January 6th was an atrocity. It was one of the worst moments in American history.

”And when you think about the worst moments in American history, you know, like World War II, things that happened, you know, like the Holocaust, chattel slavery – we need to never forget because the past becomes prologue if you forget and erase."

A commentator on CNN described Hostin's words as "unhinged," and I would agree with that description. I would also point out that if you made a list of "the worst moments in American history," I'd put the U.S. Civil War, which caused the deaths of 800,000 people, toward the top.

On the other hand, you are guilty -- both here and elsewhere -- to falling prey to the One Person/One Thing fallacy. You take the words of exactly one person, and then extend them to an entire group.

You also fall prey to the deep delusion shared by many MAGAs that  Ashli Babbitt "made NO threats" on 1/6/21. There's video that shows the entire incident, and it clearly demonstrates that Babbitt was a clear and immediate threat.

In 9 days, sleepy joe will finally be able to catch up with his sleep, kamalala ding dong will be unemployed, and a number of present cabinet members will begin having sleepless nights waiting for that inevitable knock on the door.
