The general plot is that a young woman (1) meets another young woman (2) at a bar and goes to her house, thinking they are hooking up. When they get there, woman (1) is confronted by woman (2)'s purported mother, and is advised that woman (2) is in high school. The supposed mother uses this to blackmail woman (1) into a spanking and other punishment. At the end of the story, it's revealed that woman (2) and the "mother" are lovers and that woman (2) is in her 20's. It was all a trick to dominate woman (1).
It's a good story, but I can't remember the title or author, or even where I found it. Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated.
