Approximately 30 visits to the USA, mainly Florida and Arizona (once to Texas).  Never had a taco, let alone visited Taco Bell.

Chinese take out.

Almond boneless chicken fro my favorite place. They make the best ABC sauce. Their Fried rice is the best. I get an extra quart for leftovers so will have more today.
They changed their egg rolls. Sub-par from what they used to have. Everybody commented on that.

They forgot to put  the fortune cookies in. So we improvised and made up our own.

And the best part is my friend Barb came. Hung out with me and we watched the golden bachelorette while Dan watched football game. The men on bachelorette are hilarious.

5 layer burrito and their mountain dew flavor, you cant lose.

I am currently noshing on some homemade chili fiesta sticks, I made a ton of them and deep froze them to eat while watching football.

Bacon Lettuce and Tomato sandwich on sourdough bread.  Bacon extra crunchy.  🥓 🥬 🍅

Chilli on the stove for dinner tonight and maybe a bowl during the Lions game at 830. Thick shredded cheddar cheese. Fritos layered on the bottom of the bowl. A dollop of sour cream on top with  chopped onions.

I loved the food at the hospital I frequent. Best thing there was the grilled chicken sandwich or cheeseburger. their airfried onion rings were delish too.

During one of my MS episodes the hospital I stayed at had the best food, and the Friday fish was unbelievable! Even when they cleared me, I asked to stay one more day for some more food on insurances expense. They said no, so.i had to buy my own food.

Every chance i got, I would go there for their fish fry, at least until covid when that stopped. I'm not even sure if they started letting people back in yet.

Oh, and I went with a steak Quesadilla and two chalupas. Ate one and half.

I had never had a lobster roll before and then when I went to Salem MA with my friends two years ago, I had two from two different shops... I was not all that impressed to be honest. My friends loved them, but for me, I feel it would taste the same if I'd gotten shrimp on a hotdog bun.

Free Veteran's Day meal at Olive Garden

Salad-  2 out of 5  too greasy & slimy

Chicken Parmigiana  3 out of 5  too heavily breaded and covered in tomato sauce with Waaaaaaay too much salt. Do the chefs that make the menu not have taste buds?

Spaghetti-  2.5 out of 5  covered in same tomato sauce

Bread sticks-  5 out of 5- definitely rescued the meal

Ambience: Surely there is more to Italian music than crooners of the 1960's? Their in house music needs an overhaul.

That is almost exactly what mine looked like, except it was sliced down the back with clarified butter running through it. It looked great, smelled amazing, but just tasted like cocktail shrimp and bread. LoL.

My friends loved then, and we did go back to the restaurant, and they ordered them again, I got shrimp tacos... and a half dozen margaritas

It was just so disappointing. Was like buying the most delicious looking donut, and it tasting like a rice cake 🤣
