First Four Rescued - Thailand Cave

The first four of the thirteen 'lost' soccer team have been rescued from the cave, rushed to Hospitals in individual ambulances. No word yet as to their health status.

A race to complete the rescue faces large odds, with a need to replenish the Oxygen supplies, much of which has been used up already, while pumping of water from the caves proceeds, in anticipation of additional new heavy rains.

This is a good sign, in that the guide line remains in place, and these first time diver soccer team members have successfully navigated the long distance.

A sense of urgency is being reported all around by those in touch with rescue workers.

The total rescued is now six.

I wonder if the coach will be hailed as a hero for keeping the boys safe, or condemned for leading the boys into the cave in the first place?

That's an intriguing thought Lois. Let's hope all the youngsters get out safely and their coach too. Let the parents decide his punishment if that's what's dished out.

They've all been rescued.  I guess all's well that ends well. 

It did not end well for everyone though. Sadly, a diver lost his life preparing for the rescue.
