I read tons of stories from the archives.  But other than that, I'm a complete noob.
I'm brand new to board, and my last last literary achievement was two weeks ago when I wrote an email to my electricity supplier, complaining they sent me an invoice one year after switching suppliers.  I thought it was witty, funny and laced with mild sarcasm, but I'd hardly call it a work of art
I do have some form of imagination though, and I have a few story ideas, but how do I know if my ideas are worth writing down? And even if I do write, how do I know my writings are post worthy?
And should I decide to post, how do I post?  Do I post by chapter? Do I simply post the whole story to the board for all to see?

I guess one could say I'm a bit intimidated... Not to mention more than a little overwhelmed by the idea of sharing my erotic imaginations

You have options.

Write your story and see what the length is. Very long stories are better handled by breaking them at interesting points and posting as in chapters.

There are many writers here of varying degrees of skill and ability. Some are writing for themselves.

The cardinal rule of story writing is that you will never improve if you don’t practice writing. Writers must develop a thick skin because editing and reviews will not be gentle. That is how you learn. Remember that it isn’t a personal rebuke of someone criticizes your writing, it’s an opportunity to learn and improve.

There are three kinds of people in the world. Those who can count, and those who can't.

Hades, I am not a writer but would give you a different opinion. Write what is called a "flash" story first on  a subject you feel fairly knowledgable but make sure you place in the right category and pay attention to the board rules regarding age and beastiality. Improvement ideas will come from others, then write a chapter two if warranted.

Thanks for the input people.  I gave it a lot of thought and I guess I'll just write the damn story down and throw it out in the open... Let the jury decide :)
Thanks for the support :emot_thmbsup:
