Hoping the best outcome for both you.

Allan and I have talked about moving in together. I basically live with him as is, it's just really nice to have the apartment. He has keys to it as well, so if he needs to stop by for whatever, it's there. It's convenient because it's closer to things than his house, but I pretty much just sleep at his place. Very rarely do I sleep at "home"

Thank you all. Things we need to work on. 

Me...listen when she talks. Pay attention.
Do things when asked, and not have her have to ask 10 times over a weeks time. 
And other things. 

Her...don't argue about something for 48 hours about something and be pissed off for the entire 48 hours (or longer). Let's discuss our disagreement and it ends. 
The house doesn't have to be a museum, I love that she cleans it, but when I leave a pen on the counter and I catch hell for it is ridiculous.
Intimacy.  I don't need sex every night, but c'mon. It was non existent.
Other things. 

Along with Many other things than above on both sides. .
We've discussed and have both said we would try our best.

It's been good so far. Night one in bed she put on some sexy underwear and bra and came to bed. I said I wasn't prepared. She suggested I pop a purple pill and while we wait for it to take effect I could give her a massage.   
Oh, what a night. 

Then she asked about women I've been with since our breakup. I suggested we not talk about it.  She wanted to. I'm not a liar.  I told her about our friend that moved across state years ago.  She wasn't happy, but she said, "We were on a break. Soo I guess I'll have to be okay with it."

And we grabbed my other daughter from school and flew to Texas to spend a week with our married daughter. And her husband for Thanksgiving. First time we've all been together in quite some time. They're out shopping for food fo a week plus Thx dinner. I'd have gone, but my daughter has a small car. I'm content sitting and decompressing from the day of travel. I fucking hate airports. I especially hate layovers. DFW I hope I never see you again.  Oh, wait, we still have to get back home on the Dec 1st.  It's going to be worse with more travelers.
It's one thing I didn't miss living in my trailer.  I just drove everywhere. Did I happen to mention I hate airports?  We're planning this out better next time we come west.

Being told that I can leave the rehab center here next Monday or Tuesday. Still working out the details. I know I put this. You know my doctor visit but I'm just so damn happy I had to share it here too. Be good to get back home and back in the swing of things on KB also.

I sympathize. I was placed in a nursing home once I left the VA, following my open heart surgery. I hated it there, with a passion. There were people in the home that liked it there. There were a few staff members who were as good as gold, but most were pretty horrible people.

Sorry for your experience dude. I'm having a complete opposite experience. The facility I am in has just been fantastic. The people are great. The food is good and I'm getting you know. Good physical and occupational therapy. Good enough to get me home early.

Will be getting a brief respite from my rehab center. Going to friends in St Paul for Turkey Day.
Wife will be there too. Fun day ahead.

I only have Friday and Monday left for the therapy as I'm being discharged Tuesday. I feel a big difference since I walked in here on Nov. 16. 8)

There is too much to post about in detail on what made my entire week! Friends visiting home and i spent time with them and their families. spending time with Allan and his family. Mom, my sister and I spending hours together in the kitchen talking cooking, and going through SO much wine LoL! I don't think I spent a single minute alone unless I was driving or in the bathroom.

It was an all around wonderful week for me.

My son came and spent three days with us for the holiday. It’s the first time he’s visited since I moved, but it’s also the longest visit I’ve enjoyed with him for several years. Between his girlfriend, and my ex-wife (his mother), I usually get an afternoon visit or an occasional overnight. But he was here for three full days, and really spoiled me with his attention. I felt very loved, and was sad to see him go today.

What made my day? Was having a visit from my wife today at the rehab center. Along with the visit and the friend who drove here, they brought me a couple suitcases to pack up the goodies that I've had here at rehab for the last couple weeks. They're smaller. Suitcases so they won't be so heavy for still lift up into the car. Not that I had all that much here. I will be so happy to see the old homefront again on Tuesday.

Thanks to all my KB friends that have supported me while I've been at the rehab center following my heart attack, I've been doing very well and I feel a lot stronger.

The previous two weeks have been hell for me. I have experienced migraines before, but the pain in my head since mid November was way worse. And 24 hours a day. A blockage of an artery that feeds the brain was the culprit, discovered during testing on Friday. Straight from that test to the operating room. And 3 days later I feel great, but tired. Im sleeping a lot. And very good sleep. 💤

What made my day is I was informed this morning that Dan has an in-home massage scheduled EVERY day this week for me. I cried when he told me.

And, because I missed the opening of WICKED at the movie theatre, that we had planned three months ago, our oldest pulled some strings of her own and tonight we are watching WICKED in our family room. Just the 4 of us. With lots of blankets and popcorn.

And, it's the youngest's birthday, so we will be celebrating her when she gets home from school.

A full day with a few naps scattered in there.
