The other night, during a night game between the Chicago Cubs and San Francisco Giants, the game was halted due to a rain storm. When the members of the Cubs ground crew attempted to roll out the tarp to cover the infield, the mechanism failed and the crew seemed woefully inadequate to handle the tarp manually. The result was the infield became too soaked to continue playing for the night. The next day, the Cubs owner, Mr. Ricketts, was quoted in the local paper as saying because Obamacare mandated insurance for all employees working full time, they had to let many of the ground crew go home early. Really? Blame Obamacare for the way they handle their staffing?
