not to my taste, but I am not an art critic. at least it was not a government grant that promoted the artist.

Actually any person can make a complaint about an item offered being "obscene" or even in poor taste.  E-Bay then pulls the item right away pending further investigation.

I would think they pulled it because it is a biohazard.  The shipping would be a lot more than listed as carriers add surcharges for biohazard materials.

Wonder if the high bidder would wish to complete the sale and arrange for shipment.
This is art, afterall. Perhaps a private gallery or auction house will step in here. Maybe a government grant will be necessary after all. Is there a website for that?
