I want to know if anyone else does this.
I love going outside naked, especially when it's cold and raining, snowing or sleeting. It's a turn on and I usually end up getting myself off. I  would be mortified if anyone saw me so it's not the thrill of getting caught.
So to anyone else who does this, what's the turn on? Or am I just weird?

Absolutely that is not weird.  Some people enjoy being naked and outdoors.   The freezing rain part might not be everybody's cup of tea.

I had a boyfriend that we used to go camping in the Canadian wilderness.  We loved being outside in the wilderness.  Even in the rain.  It wasn't 100% of the time, but there is something so freeing about it.

As for getting off outside.  That's not strange.  You are so thrilled by the experience, you get the urge.  That might wear off as you go outside naked more and more.

You might want to look into nudist colonies.  Though, you might have to get the erections under control.  I could never do a nudist colony.  But when in France 2 summers ago, I did go topless on the beach.  It was exciting doing it.  But again, the more one does it, the less the thrill I would assume.  jmo

You might not know this, but I have a thing for Tom Brady (and Bill Clinton)

I've actually been doing this on and off since I was 12 or 13, loved the feeling of different textures against my skin, the shock of the cold (like when I I crashed through the ice of a frozen pond, luckily only four feet deep) and as you said, the freeing nature of it.

I'm married now, live in a house that doesn't offer much privacy, so I now just live vicariously through female outdoor nudity. Can't do the nudist thing. Too "hippie" for my tastes.
