I used to teach 1-4th grades.  I disarmed students with knives, scissors etc., and dealt with some nut-job parents.  When I read the title of the article my first thought was "One of us was bound to crack", but then I read the article. 

Geeze louise!

A teacher secretly dealing drugs and running a gang.  That is seriously disturbing.

why it seems the worst news from high school was those hot young new female teachers pulling a senior(or younger) train

How about the teacher in California who counseled troubled students and ended up hanging herself in the room she taught in?  Talk about stressing out high school students...
